Derek Jeter’s Baseball Hall of Fame induction moved to 2021

Derek Jeter officially will have to wait another year to enter Cooperstown.

The Baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday announced its 2020 induction ceremony will be postponed until July 25, 2021 because of the coronavirus, as The Post’s Kevin Kernan previously reported.

Jeter and longtime Rockies star Larry Walker, both of whom were voted into the hall of fame by The Baseball Writers’ Association of America in January, will be inducted alongside the 2021 class.
